How do I choose a chit group?
Start with a monthly contribution you can sustain for the full duration. Compare the available groups and speak with our team about the terms before enrolling.
What does the monthly amount on the plan card mean?
It is the gross monthly subscription from our supplied scheme sheet. Any applicable dividend adjustment, fees and final payable amount must be confirmed for your group.
Can I receive the prize amount immediately?
Enquiry or enrolment does not guarantee immediate payment. Prize allocation and disbursement depend on the group process, documentation and applicable terms. Speak to our team before making a commitment based on a payment date.
Do subscriptions continue after receiving the prize?
Yes. Members must continue their agreed subscriptions through the remaining group term, including after receiving the prize amount.
